My standard room was available with a dining area, ironing facilities, and a work desk. All the staff was very amiable, solved my issues.

We really enjoyed staying 2 nights here. The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was excellent. A dining area, a writing table, and an iron with ironing board inside the twin room were handy. The location was marvellous, really close to the historical center and Palomino. The restaurant was relatively close to the venue.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and all the historical amenities. It was convenient to have nice restaurants, museums, libraries, and commercial zones nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the WiFi signal was excellent throughout the hotel, which was great for my son who loves to be connected.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't like about the hotel. Firstly, the breakfast was the same every single day for the five days I stayed there.

The included breakfast was delicious and the air-conditioning in our spacious room was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the beach, making it a perfect choice for trekkers and groups of friends. The area is safe and vibrant with plenty of amenities nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The wifi was excellent, with signal available everywhere, which made my son very happy. The staff in the restaurant were amazing, providing excellent service. The location was also great, as it was easy to catch a bus to the airport for just $2000 pesos. Additionally, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the efficient air conditioning in the room.
